Two jumbo lump Maryland crab cakes, perfectly seasoned, dusted with panko bread crumbs and seared crisp.  House-made Cajun aeoli and roasted red potatoes – $19.00

SEARED DRY-RUB ATLANTIC SALMON

Fresh Atlantic salmon rubbed with our secret dry rub BBQ seasoning and pan seared  tender and flakey. Topped with fresh lime butter – $26.00

HERB MARINATED GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN

Tender pork medallions marinated in herb, lemon, extra virgin olive oils and spices, grilled and topped with pan drippings served with roasted red potatoes – $17.00

PECAN ENCRUSTED CHICKEN BREAST

Pecan and panko encrusted chicken breast, lightly sautéed in extra virgin olive oil and finished with a Jack Daniel’s infused bourbon sauce. Served with roasted red potatoes – $15.00

MAINE LOBSTER COBBLER

Maine lobster tail and claw meat in béchamel sauce with roasted corn, onion, button mushrooms, carrots and a butter and garlic toasted bread crumb topping – $31.00 (PREORDER RESERVATION REQUIRED)

SWEET POTATO ENCHILADAS

An incredibly delicious combination of sautéed sweet potatoes, sweet bell peppers, brown rice, garlic, cumin, cilantro, salsa, fresh lime juice and cheddar cheese rolled into flour tortillas, topped with house-made enchilada sauce, melted Manchego cheese and avocado crème’ fraiche -$13.00                (PREORDER RESERVATION REQUIRED)

You may enjoy dessert immediately following your dinner; or for a more relaxed experience, order dessert and coffee for intermission.  Your server will have it waiting for you at your table.

Due to the time constraint of the dinner service, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday requires that, along with your reservations, you also include your Pre-Order. Friday through Sunday is also strongly encouraged to Pre-order as some menu items are not available for walk-in services.
